Step 1: Initial Consultation
We begin with a consultation where I’ll listen closely to your ideas, understand your needs, and help you refine your vision. I’m happy to work with whatever you bring to the table—whether it's a detailed plan with specific products and materials or just a concept you're exploring.
Step 2: Planning Session
Once we have a clear direction, we move into the planning phase. Together, we’ll craft a strategy that encompasses everything from design to scope of work. From here, you can be as involved as you’d like. Work with me to find the exact products we use, choose materials and patterns, finishes, etc.
Alternatively, step back and let me handle the details. I’ll curate and execute on a plan that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and budget. You can get back to your life knowing I am dedicated to producing a product I would be proud to show off in my own home.
Step 3: The Work
Once the project begins, I believe in maintaining open communication and transparency. We’ll check in as often as you’d like to ensure everything is progressing as planned. You’ll never feel out of the loop or left in the dark. I’m here to keep everything on track.

I take deadlines seriously. I won’t shake your hand until I’m certain I have the time to complete your project on schedule. I know how frustrating it can be to start a project only to see it drag on far longer than expected, or worse—have your contractor disappear halfway through.

$120 for first hour, $60 per additional hour, plus cost of materials (20% markup if I source them)
Larger Projects
After learning about your project and developing a plan together, I will quote the total based on an estimate of the cost of materials and how much of my time it will take to bring your project to completion at a high standard.

2. How do I know if I need a handyman or a specialist?
If you have a project that involves general home repairs, maintenance, or improvements, I’m your guy. From small repairs to larger renovations, I have the skills to handle it. If your project requires a specialist (like an electrician or plumber for major issues), I can recommend a trusted professional.
3. Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured. I take the safety of your home and the quality of my work seriously, which is why I carry the necessary insurance to protect both of us throughout the project.
4. What types of projects do you typically handle?
My most common calls are for small repairs and improvements like replacing light switches, repairing walls, and fixing leaks which are completed on the same day, or medium sized projects like replacing cabinet doors, appliances, and electrical and plumbing fixtures.
5. How long will my project take to complete?
The timeline for each project varies depending on the scope and complexity. During your free estimate, I’ll give you an honest and realistic timeline for completion based on your situation.
6. Will you clean up after the job?
Absolutely! I believe in leaving your space as clean (or cleaner!) than I found it. I’ll take care of all the mess so you can enjoy your newly repaired or renovated space without any hassle.
7. Can you work on projects while I’m not home?
Yes, I can work independently while you’re away, as long as we’ve discussed all the details beforehand and I have access to the space. I always respect your property and ensure the work is done efficiently and with care.
8. What if I need help with a project that isn’t listed on your website?

9. What areas do you service?
